What the work requires.
Therapy is a space of safety, connection, and real challenge.
It is not meant to be easy, and the best of it is never simply a transaction. The research behind CBT and EMDR provides a rigorous foundation, but the work itself is always a singular exploration. Your history, your beliefs, your interior life are yours alone.
My clients are intellectually curious adults who have often done a great deal of thinking about themselves already. What brings them to therapy is the recognition that thinking alone has not been enough. The patterns persist. The same relational dynamics surface. The same internal narrative, however well they can articulate it, continues to drive the same outcomes.
That is where this work begins. Together we examine the core beliefs and driving narratives that formed long before you had the language or perspective to question them. We trace where they came from, how they have shaped your choices and your relationships, and what it would mean to revise them. The goal is not simply relief. It is a deeper understanding of yourself and a life lived with greater clarity, intention, and freedom.
Make it stand out.
Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
